Ten Planets began in 1992, when three friends spent many happy days recording demos on vintage synths. Those songs lived on cassette tapes, full of spark but never fully realised, and over time they slipped into the quiet of forgotten boxes and old drawers.
Decades later, those tapes resurfaced. What began as a nostalgic listen turned into a rediscovery — a reminder of the imagination, innocence, and possibility that shaped the band’s earliest ideas. With the help of modern AI tools, those fragments have been carefully revived, not to imitate the past, but to let it breathe again in a new form.
Ten Planets now exists in the space between memory and invention: human‑written music reawakened by technology, reshaped into something bigger than it ever could have been in 1992. These songs are a time capsule opening into the present — familiar, yet transformed; rooted in friendship, yet reaching toward something cosmic.
This is the beginning of the band’s next era.
